Does this work on both dog and cat hair?
Yes. Every tool in the range is made for pet fur on fabric, and that includes fine cat hair as well as longer dog hair.
Which tool should I pick?
They are grouped by the surface you are cleaning — sofa, carpet, clothes, car, bedding, and on the pet itself. The collection links in the menu sort them that way. If you are cleaning more than one surface, the 4-in-1 brush and the 2-in-1 roller cover the most ground.
Will it damage my couch or clothing?
These are made to grip hair without pulling on most upholstery and everyday fabrics. Delicate materials — loose knits, silk, velvet, anything you would hand-wash — are worth testing on a small hidden area first.
Is everything really reusable? Do I need refills?
Yes, and no. Nothing in the range takes an adhesive sheet or a refill roll. Rinse or brush the tool out and use it again.
How do I clean them?
Most of the range rinses under warm water — shake off the excess and let it air dry fully before the next use. The fabric shaver and the brushes with a comb edge should be brushed out dry rather than soaked. No solvents on any of them.
What are they made of?
It varies by tool: moulded plastic with a flannel or silicone working surface on the brushes and rollers, mesh polyester on the glove, and a stretch polyester blend on the sofa slipcover. Each product page lists its own material and weight — they range from about 80g for the smallest tool to 600g for the slipcover.
Can I use them on carpets and car seats?
Yes. They work on short-pile carpets, rugs and fabric car seats. Results are less predictable on very deep shag.
Some products have a colour or size choice — how does that work?
Where a tool comes in more than one colour, you pick it at checkout and the photograph on the page changes to match. The sofa slipcover also asks for a size — single, double, three-seat or four-seat — so measure your sofa before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 5–11 business days after dispatch within the United States. Standard shipping is $8 and is free on orders over $50; express is $15. Full detail is on our shipping policy page.
