Shipping Policy

Every Kova order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Here is exactly what to expect.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will get a confirmation email as soon as the order is received, and a second email with tracking once it leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

United States — Standard: typically 5–11 business days after dispatch.
United States — Express: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and public holidays can add time.

Shipping rates

Standard: $8.00
Standard — free on orders of $50.00 or more
Express: $15.00

Rates are shown again at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

Tracking is provided on every order. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of the order date and we will replace it or refund it. Photographs help but are not required.

Wrong address

If an order has not shipped yet we can change the address — email us as soon as you notice. Once it has shipped we cannot redirect it, but we will help you work with the carrier.
